Clifford Beers Community Health Partners (CBCHP) was established to create and support an integrated network of affiliated nonprofits that work together to deliver “wrap around” mental health and social services to Connecticut children and families.  Our goals? To improve outcomes, simplify access to services, and ensure every individual and family in the communities we serve has equitable access to the high-quality mental health and community services they need to live healthier and better lives.

At CBCHP we rely entirely on our nonprofit network members to deliver services to the communities we serve.  To support the back office needs of our innovative network partners, our managed services program offers a full suite of support services including human resources management, accounting, billing, technology support, legal, marketing, communications, compliance, and facilities management services.

What We Do

BUILD A Collaborative Network

Improve outcomes by delivering wrap-around care through a network of subsidiary partners and affiliates.

INNOVATE For Our Communities

Work to find novel solutions to the problems facing our communities and bring about lasting change for the people we serve.

Provide back-office solutions that enable our partners to focus on what they are best at – helping children and families.

What Our Partners Say

Gail Melanson
Executive Director, Mid-Fairfield Community Care Center (Clifford Beers Community Health Partners Affiliate since July 2018)

“As an affiliate of Clifford Beers Community Health Partners, we are incredibly fortunate to have full access to coordinated operational and clinical support systems, including talent management, finance, and compliance. This has enabled us to reduce operating costs, rapidly expand the scale and scope of our existing programs during the pandemic, and introduce new and important mental health and wellness services to members of our community which will best serve their needs. Today, we are helping more children and families than ever before and look forward to expanding our reach within the community to better serve the children and families in the greater Norwalk area.”
